Debola Deji-Kurumi
Debola Deji-Kurunmi is a best-selling author, keynote speaker, ministry gift, public policy advisor, and transformational coach for visionary leaders. Through her work in coaching, consulting, and capacity building, Debola deploys her extraordinary gift of unlocking potential in individuals, institutions, and nations.
She is the Founder of IMMERSE Coaching Company (a professional coaching practice), Executive Director at Ideation Hub Africa (a public policy and impact advisory firm), President of Kingdom Leaders Global Alliance, and Founder of both the Future-Forward Female™ Movement and Visionary Compass (a coaching practice serving Africa’s top 1% emerging and established visionaries). Across these organizations, she leads a vibrant community of over 100,000 change-makers worldwide.
Called to ministry in 2003, Debola (DDK) operates as a prophetic voice and equipper to the Body of Christ, gracefully stewarding strong teaching, prophetic, and apostolic dimensions of her spiritual calling. Her burden is to see revival in the nations and to present believers mature in Christ Jesus—valiant vessels, voices, and visionaries for God’s Kingdom agenda.
At Kingdom Leaders Global Alliance, she oversees a non-denominational Christian ministry with over 3,000 dedicated partners and stewards across more than 28 countries, working together to advance the Kingdom mandate across all spheres of influence.
The Alliance is a network of ministries, including the Kingdom Leadership Institute, FIREBRAND Movement, and Kingdom Women Global Alliance. Through these expressions, it provides scriptural guidance, spiritual discipleship, leadership development, medical and welfare missions, as well as mentorship bootcamps for Generation NEXT—directly reaching hundreds of thousands globally over the past 15 years.
Through the FIREBRAND Movement, DDK leads a Bible school that has discipled and graduated nearly 5,000 students from its various programs, and also hosts FIREBRAND Revival Festivals across multiple cities.
She is the author of 30 books to date, including the widely loved 8-part FIREBRAND Series. Her books, confession albums, and sermons serve as powerful empowerment resources for believers and ministry gifts. She is widely regarded as an influential Christian leader, equipping 21st-century Kingdom citizens in both godly consecration and marketplace influence across her diverse assignments.
DDK is married to Pastor Deji Kurunmi, and together, they joyfully lead the Nigerian Missions of The Baptizing Church.
