This evening at bible study, we will continue on in our study series, Abraham: Friend of God, Father of Faith. We’ll be discussing Part 8 – Friendship with God. Our reference text is Genesis 18:1-33.
Genesis 18 offers a profound glimpse into what friendship with God looks like – and how Abraham models it with boldness, humility, and deep trust. Abraham didn’t earn friendship with God through perfection – he built it through faith, openness and action. Abraham’s relationship with God reveals how a human being can walk in companionship with the divine.
