Director/Pastor of Ministry

The Director/Pastor of Ministry will provide oversight, administrative support, and accountability to leaders of assigned ministries of AHOW. The individual will work directly with the Lead Pastor (as a member of The Executive Leadership Team) to provide strategic, executive, and operational leadership to AHOW Ministry Leaders. He/She will oversee, set and measure goals, and develop and execute strategies for the betterment of AHOW ministries and the church at large. Also responsible for managing the AHOW assimilation process and strategy.

Director of Children’s Ministry

The Director of the Children’s Ministry will work with executive leaders, gifted volunteer leaders, and workers to nurture children from ages 2 through 12 and their families in the love and grace of Jesus Christ. He/She will provide administrative leadership and direction; Develop and direct programming in line with the ministry’s overarching goals; Develop and implement community outreach; Recruit and train volunteers for our children’s ministry, which is currently about 150 children strong and growing.
