Join us tonight for bible study as we discuss our new topic “Understanding the Lord’s Prayer.” Our anchor verse for the session is Matthew 6:9-13.

Prayer is the foundation of our relationship with Christ. It is a means for us to communicate and deepen our relationship with Him. Tonight we will be breaking down the Lord’s Prayer into 7 phrases so we can understand how it was constructed and how we can use it as the foundation for our prayers.

The Lord’s Prayer Phrases:

• Hallowed be your name
• Your kingdom come
• Your will be done in earth as it is in heaven
• Give us this day our daily bread
• Forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors
• Lead us not into temptation
• Deliver us from evil
