About This Event

The purpose of the EQUIP conference is in keeping with Ephesians 4:11-12, “Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, 12 to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.” In order to fulfill our ministry as workers and leaders, we must continuously submit ourselves to training in righteousness at the feet of His servants so that we may be thoroughly equipped for every good work He has called us to do (2 Timothy 3:17). 

This year, our theme is “Created for Good Works,” and it’s taken from Ephesians 2:10 “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.” We are blessed to have two wonderful servants of God, Bishop Joseph Mattera, and Pastor Michael Miller, as our Equippers. Bishop Joseph Mattera

Bishop Joseph Mattera is an internationally-known author, consultant, and theologian whose mission is to influence leaders who influence culture. He is the founding pastor of Resurrection Church and leads several organizations, including The U.S. Coalition of Apostolic Leaders and Christ Covenant Coalition. Dr. Mattera is the author of 14 bestselling books, including his latest and recently released scholarly book, “The Global Apostolic Movement and the Progress of the Gospel,” He is renowned for applying Scripture to contemporary culture. 

Pastor Michael Lynn Miller

Pastor Michael Lynn Miller is the founder and Lead Pastor of Higher Purpose Fellowship. He has served in full-time ministry for almost 20 years. He served as Assistant to Dr. Pat Robertson, Chairman of Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN, 700 Club, Operation Blessing). He also is the founding Pastor of Triumphant Life Church in Asbury Park, NJ, where he served for 12 years. 

Also, pastor Miller has served on various executive boards. He also served as a Development Officer for Star 99.1 FM radio. Pastor Michael is best known for his prophetic pastoral ministry. His passion for mentoring in the local church has produced many sons and daughters in the ministry. His ministry has taken him to serve international and business ministry leaders.
